The Capitol Hill Station apartments are a three building, 318 units class A apartments totaling 441,507gsf.  The property is situated on a “super block” in Capitol Hill just east of downtown at the Sound Transit Light Rail Station with a phased opening Park June of 2021 and Ander South August 2021.  Ander North March of 2021.
