The Landing at Fiesta Village

The Landing at Fiesta Village Apartments is a contemporary 220 unit apartment complex located in Mesa, AZ.  There are nineteen three level apartment buildings situated on 10.58 acres including 220 carports and 45 detached garages.  Work began February 2021 and is scheduled to be complete June 2023.

RSLLC provided design and constructability review as well as project oversight services.
